I would like to send my apologies on
behalf of Anaheim Mitsubishi for the incontinence
We might have caused you and your
clients as a result of miscommunications and a delay of a title issue by the
department of motor vehicle of California.
The new paperless system they
implemented in our state has created so many confusions
And based on that, your title for
the vehicle might takes up to 4 weeks.
The vehicle was paid almost week ago
by our dealership; unfortunately the check was misplaced in the bank we paid the
sum to. After I’ve contacted the bank today they assured me that we will be able
to pickup our lien release by this coming Tuesday or Wednesday and you will
receive it as soon as we have it. Again please except our apologies.
